This ensures every client starts with a solid foundation of data management, feed monitoring, and GMC compliance. From there, we flex to fit your setup:
If you want a fully managed service, we take care of everything end-to-end.
If you prefer a hybrid model, we’ll share responsibility with your in-house team or agency.
If you’re confident running feeds internally, our self-serve option gives you access to FeedHero’s automation and monitoring tools, with our team available for support if needed.
This way, the minimum fee acts as your starting point, and you can scale the level of support up or down as your business evolves.

Yes. All new clients start with a setup fee, which covers feed replication and system setup. This ensures your data is replicated correctly, integrated into FeedHero, and ready for channel delivery with zero downtime.
In addition, we offer an optional Performance Booster package. This turns the audit issues into optimisation opportunities from day one - such as title optimisation, attribute enrichment, and more.
You can choose to add a Performance Booster upfront to accelerate results, or spread the same optimisation work through your monthly managed service.
